KAILASH MANSAROVAR

Day 1: (Arrive Kathmandu (1,400m)
Fly to Kathmandu upon arrival at Tribhuvan International meet our tour epresentative and get transfer to hotel. After completing all check in formalities you can spend some time to exploring the Kathmandu city and local markets. Overnight will be in Kathmandu at 3* equivalent hotel on twin/triple sharing basis. (Meals included: Veg Dinner)

Day 2: (Kathmandu Sightseeing)

Today after breakfast we will have visit to Pashupatinath temple and Budhanilkanth Temple (Sleeping Vishnu), both are biggest holy temple in regards to Lord Shiva & Vishnu respectively. Return hotel from sightseeing and take lunch in hotel. In the evening, we will have short briefing for the program followed by introduction to all group members. Overnight at hotel.

Optional: One can even book for Mountain Flight as an optional tour for this morning. This is an hour flight over World’s highest Mountain peaks. The flight departure time is at 6.30am so those passengers who booked for this incredible flight should be ready by 5.30 am inthe hotel and one of our tour officer will pick up and transfer to the domestic airport.

Day 3: (Drive Kathmandu to Dhunche (126 kms/6 hours) or Shyabru Besi (145
km / 7 hours) After breakfast take drive to Dhunche or Shyabru Besi which are Nepal border towns near Rasuwagadhi border. The road conditions and traffic may make this journey a little longer and hectic. We arrive at Dhunche / Shybru Besi and check into our guest house Rest of the time is free and we will go to bed early as next morning we will leave early to Rasuwagadhi for immigration formalities. Stay will be in basic guesthouse in dormitory style.

Day 4: ( Kathmandu to Kerung by drive (2700m) via, Shyabrubesi
Rasuwagadhi 170 km / 7-8 hours Today we will step out of your comfort zone and start our Yatra towards the Holy Mount Kailash. After having breakfast we will drive towards be some custom formalities which shall be done by our local representative later cross the border and enter in Tibet Land. Accompany with Nepalese Sherpas and Tibetan guides’ board your Tibetan vehicle; Chinese bus wi region continues toward the town of Kerung. Overnight stay will be in a basic guesthouse at Kerung in dormitory style. (Meals included: Veg Breakfast, Lunch,)

Day 5: (Acclimatization in Kerung

After breakfast we will organize a short trek or you can explore the local area and market places it would beideal for the mind and body. Evening will have a short briefing before or after dinner. Overnight stay will be ina basic guest included : Veg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Drive Kathmandu to Dhunche (126 kms/6 hours) or Shyabru Besi (145 After breakfast take drive to Dhunche or Shyabru Besi which are Nepal border towns near Rasuwagadhi border.

Evening will have a short briefing before or house at Kerung in dormitory style.(Meals)

Day 6: (Kerung to New Dongba via Saga (4600m) – 380 kms & 7-8 hours drive )
After breakfast be ready for the enjoyable and scenic journey towards New Donga drive through the mountains territory and then the plains provides us an incredible view of huge and bluish Brahmaputtra river. We will take a break in Saga town for Lunch then continues driving towards New Dongba. Upon arrival in New Dongba check into the guesthouse/lodge indormitory style for overnight stay. (Meals included : Veg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 7: (Dongba/New Dongba to Lake Manasarovar (4598m)

The day we’ve been waiting for the first darshan of Holy Lake Manasarovar. First we will have breakfast as per above schedule, later checkout from the guesthouse and drive towards The Holy Manasarovar. Enroute before Mayumla Pass (4800 m), we will have to take a break for permit formalities in the meanwhile packed lunch will be provided by our team members then continue the journey crossing Mayumla pass and Paryang County.All the yatri’s will see first glance of Mt. Kailash from the lakeshore of Holy Manasarovar. There will be some permit formalities before we reach Manasarovar Lake that period you can use with praying and exploring the beauty of Mt. Kailash. After immigration complete, we will drive further to our guesthouse at Chiu Gompa (Depending on allowance of the local authorities we may have to change our vehicle here and travel in local buses conducted by the authority near Mansarovar and Kailash region). 

Today, you will complete Lake Manasarovar parikrama approx. 75% and
rest will be complete when you return from Kailash Trek. You will have very important moment in Lake Manasarovar with all-powerful bless and even scenic evening with the breathtaking view of holiest Lake Manasarovar and Mt. Kailash. Besides this, you can also see or visit Chiu Gompa Monastery situated in hillock near Guesthouse. Syat in guesthouse in dormitory style. (Meals included: Veg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 8: (Lake Manasarovar to Darchen (4663m) – 40 kms drive )
Today morning, we wake up easefully and we will find a good place for holy dip in Lake Manasarovar for all our yatri’s. After completing puja and holy bath, we make short drive to Darchen (We will also arrange shower tent for ladies nearby the bank of lake for change the clothing and also you can arrange your puja / haven at feasible place according to you. Our crew member will assist you if anything helps require). On the way to Darchen, we can also see panoramic surroundings of Demon’s Lake in the other side of Lake Manasarovar. Darchen considered as the base camp of Mt. Kailash from where the circumambulation around Kailash begins. You can stroll around small market in Darchen in the afternoon. Stay in a guesthouse in dormitory style. (Meals included : Veg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) 

Optional Trip : We arrange Asthapad excursion trip from Darchen on request but please be inform that one should trek from Darchen – Asthapad – Darchen, if there is no transport service permitted by Chinese authorities in this area. The trip to Astpad is subject to permission of local authorities and on direct payment basis to Tibetan Guides)

Day 9: (07 kms Drive to Yam Dwar. Start Parikrama to Dirapukh (4910m) 13 kms / 6 hours Trek ) After breakfast we will drive towards Yamdwar and start our 12 km’s trekking to Dirapukh. Before start trekking all the yatris has opportunity to get darshan of Yam Dwar.Continue trek to Dirapukh by foot or pony. We will also arrange the Yak or pony Yaks & Yak men to carry our kitchen and other camping logistics for parikarama. Once reach Dirapukh you will have great opportunity to take several memorable picture of Kailash from here. The night will be too cold below zero degree temperature so we will have quick dinner (Khichdi, soup etc) and rest in bed.(Meals included : Veg Breakfast,

Day 10: (Trek Digraph to Zuthulphuk (4760m) 22 kms trek/10 hours via Dolma
La Pass (5600m) Early in the morning after breakfast we will start trekking towards Zuthulpukh enroute we will get the opportunity to pass Gauri Kund before we reach Gauri Kund our trek goes steep climb up continuously upto Dolma-La high pass (5600 m). By the evening we will reach Zuthulpukh, today’s accommodation we be in dormitory style. Breakfast, Packged snacks for Lunch, Light Veg Dinner)
Day 11:(10 kms trek to Darchen and drive to Dongba – 5 hourstrek) 
Today we are going to complete our prikarama, last day of trekking. After breakfast we will have to make a short trek about 4-5 hours towards Darchen so we wake up in normal time.

On half way to darchen board your vehicle. Upon arrival in Darchen have lunch then after, we straight forwardscontinue our drive to New Dongba by completing the remaining course (approx. 30%) of parikrama of LakeManasarovar. Stay in a guesthouse in dormitory style(Meals included: Veg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 12: (Drive Dongba to Kerung (380 kms/7-8 hours drive)
Return to Kerung after breakfast start driving towards Kerung. Our today’s journey will be a little longer after driving on well pitched roads and mountainous terrain we reach Kerung for an overnight. Stay in a guesthouse in dormitory style. (Meals included : Veg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 13:(Kerung to Kathmandu via Rasuwagadhi (170 kms / 7-8 hours)

Today we will reach Kathmandu after having breakfast and completing all custom formalities this should take about 7-8 hours by bus. Dinner and night stay will be in the Hotel. (Meals included: Veg Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 14: (Leave Kathmandu )
After breakfast you will be transferred to the Tribhuvan International Airport to board your flight back to home.Package Cost:INR 2,90,000/- Per Person + 5% GST Packing List:
