DAY-WISE ITINERARY

Day 01: Baku in a Day – Both Old and New City (L, D)

  • Morning: Touch down at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Meet your professional driver, clear immigration with your pre-processed tourist visa, and transfer directly to your hotel for check-in.

  • Afternoon: Begin a panoramic city showcase combining futuristic skyline marvels and historical gems. Ride the historic Baku Funicular up to Highland Park for sweeping panoramic views across the bay, the Alley of Martyrs, and stand directly beneath the architectural scale of the iconic Flame Towers. Drive past Crystal Hall, catch a view of the Baku Eye Ferris wheel, and take a stroll down the coastal promenade of Boulevard Park.

  • Late Afternoon: Visit the architecturally unique Azerbaijan Carpet Museum and stroll through the scenic, canal-woven stone pathways of Little Venice. Transition into Icherisheher (The Old City) to witness a completely exotic landscape. Gaze at the legendary, ancient Maiden Tower and explore the grand stonework architecture inside the Palace of the Shirvanshahs. Conclude your walking tour at the unique Museum of Miniature Books, viewing a collection of over 6,500 tiny printed volumes from all corners of the globe.

Day 02: Qobustan Rock Art & Mud Volcanoes (B, L, D)

  • Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before driving south along the Caspian coast into the Gobustan National Reserve. Explore the ancient archeological preservation site to marvel at thousands of prehistoric rock petroglyphs. Your guide will decode ancient carvings dating back thousands of years, depicting hunting scenes, early human tribes, primitive reed ships, constellations, and regional wildlife.

  • Afternoon: Board a localized vehicle to journey off-road across fields to the rare, active Mud Volcanoes. Return to central Baku for some free walking time down the historic pedestrian shopping avenue of Nizami Street.

Day 03: Absheron Peninsula: Ateshgah Fire Temple & Yanardag (B, L, D)

  • Morning: Head out to explore the mystical history of fire worship on the Absheron Peninsula. Tour the Ateshgah Fire Temple in Surakhani, an 18th-century castle-style religious complex built over natural gas vents. Explore the preserved museum cells to understand how ancient Zoroastrian and Hindu pilgrims traveled the Silk Road routes to worship the eternal flames.

  • Afternoon: Proceed to the natural wonder of Yanardag (Fire Mountain). Watch a continuous 10-meter stretch of natural gas flames blazing brilliantly along a limestone hillside, a phenomenon that has burned uninterrupted for centuries. Return to Baku to enjoy a photo-stop outside the sweeping, white curves of Zaha Hadid’s architectural masterpiece, the Heydar Aliyev Centre.

Day 04: Alpine Wonders of Shahdag & Gabala (B, L, D)

  • Early Morning: Embark on an early morning overland journey toward the forested mountains of the Caucasus. Arrive first at the picturesque Nohur Gol Lake, a tranquil alpine water mirror cradled by dense forests. Take a relaxing stroll along the lake edge or enjoy an optional peaceful boat ride.

Day 05: Departure (B)

  • Between 29 to 20 days prior to departure: Forfeiture of deposit + 75% of total holiday cost.

  • Fewer than 19 days prior to departure / No Show: 100% Non-refundable (Full holiday value forfeited).

  • Note: Date or passenger name changes are strictly not permitted once ticketing tokens are processed.
