*DAY WISE ITINERARY*

First Day At Dehradun

• Dehradun is the starting and ending point of this yatra. The first day of your journey shall be spent at Dehradun. We give our guests a complimentary stay on their arrival at Dehradun. This rest is much needed for them before they start their Chardham journey with us.
• We shall pickup the guests from Dehradun airport as per their scheduled arrivals, or from railway station, and drop them to hotel. Airport to Dehradun hotel will be an approx. 02-and-ahalf-hour journey by road. 
• Up on arrival, guests shall be checked-in to their rooms. In the evening, guests shall be briefed byourstaffaboutthetour, and shall handover duffel bags to carry the luggage for their journey ahead.  All contact details of our concerned personnel of each dham will also be shared with the passengers. 
• Guests are required to shift only their necessary luggage in the duffel bags provided to them. They will not be allowed to carry their own luggage bags in the helicopters. Therefore, they are advised to keep only the necessary items along with them.

Rooms are booked on EP plan. After a good day’srest,guests will be fresh and readyto start their journey ahead.

Day 01:  Upon Arrival at Dehradun airport pick drop at hotel Relax at the Dehradun hotel

Day 02: Dehradun To Yamunotri.

06:30:AM Departure from Sahastradhara to Kharsali

07:00 AM Arrival at Kharsali helipad

Assemble at the State government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, the starting and concluding point of this yatra. The ground staff briefs you about the do’s and don’ts of the trip.

As you arrive at the Kharsali/Barkot helipad for Yamunotri, you are transferred to your hotel.After freshening up, You will get palki and leave

for VIP darshan at temple Yamunotri.The main attractions here are Goddess Yamuna and the thermal springs at Janki Chatti. The actual Champasar glacieris at an altitude of 4421m above the seal level and is inaccessible. The temple, placed on the left bank of YamunaRiver,was erected by Maharaja Pratap Shah of Tehri Garhwal. The idol of the Goddess here is in black marble. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Yamunotri To Gangotri.

Harsil is one of the most beautiful and picturesque Valley in Uttarakhand and also known for mini Switzerland. Gangotri temple is approx.22Km fromHarsilhelipad.Totaldrivetime willbe approx.50 Mins. Stay will be arranged at as per the selected hotels which is around 2 KM away from Helipad. We provide all the basic and leisure facilities for tourists such as a premium accommodation with en suite washrooms, delicious vegetarian food, Short walks, local sightseeing along with evening bonfire at Gangotri Valley.

Day 04: Gangotri To Kedranath.

10: 00AM Arrival at Kedarnath

Kedarnath is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks, making it the most remote site among all four Chardham sites. We Will arrive to Guptkashi/Phata helipad from the Gangotri, here after changing the chopper we will fly for KEDARNATH Helipad . Temple is approximately 500 meters way from the helipad and will take 15 Min to reach.

Day 05: Kedranath To Badrinath.

10:00 AM Departure from Kedarnath

11:00 AM Arrival at Badrinath

After you arrive at Badrinath helipad, get transferred to the hotel for check –in. as you settle, get all set to visit the Badrinath temple. Badrinath is the holy abode of lord Vishnu, also know as and Lord Badri here. Have Darshan at the temple, which is nestled between the mountain ranges of Nar and Narayan.

Day 06: BadrinathTo Dehradun.

Guidelines with Terms & Conditions .

* The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.

* Hotel can be change with similar options due to the overbookings.

* Additional Single room charges will be bare by client in all the locations if needed.

* Available Hotel properties at Yamunotri and Gangotri are non-star category and the stay is arranged at best amongst them. However at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3 Star.

* Company reserves the right to postpone the dates of flying subjected to weather conditions and according to Govt. circulars & number of bookings

* Full amount has to be deposited 20 days prior to date of journey

* Re scheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

* Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.

* There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage perpassenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.

* Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter..

* At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry Woollen clothes with them.

* We are requested to all the pilgrims that please come for chardham/do dham yatra with patience , yatra might be delay due to heavy rush / weather conditions or any other operational circumstances.

* Flying Dates Can be Change According to the rest bookings and the hotel availability +- 1 or 2 Days or week so we suggest you to kindly plan departure from your city according to us.

* Phata/Sersi/Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Phata/Sersi/Guptkashi Helicopter services operations running are under the guidelines of UCADA or Uttarakhand Tourism Govt its might be delay due to heavy rush and we will have to follow all the rules and regulations directed by UCADA / Uttarakhand Tourism Govt.

* All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.

* We have all the rights of Cancellations of booking due to Technical fault in machines .

* There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.

* All properties lodge with hot water, towels, shower and western toilets.

* Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75 kg of weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at a very high-altitude

CANCELLATION POLICY

If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges..

#Upto 30 days before Journey – 30 % of Amount

#Upto 25 days before Journey – 50 % of Amount

#Upto 20 days before Journey – 75 % of Amount

#Upto 15 days before Journey – 100 % of Amount
